Attorney James King became involved in helping corporations, lawyers, and law firms with their litigation management as an outgrowth of his own experiences. For several years, he has been a litigation consultant, troubleshooter, and qualified expert witness. He has evaluated and helped his clients to change their methods of operation to improve, among other things, attorney fees, efficiency, and relationships between corporations and their outside counsel.

A graduate of Stanford Law School, James King has always been involved in improving the integrity of the legal profession, and has been a frequent speaker and writer on various topics regarding legal ethics, attorney fees, and trial advocacy. During his 25 years of practice, Mr. King has been a member and partner in several prominent southern California law firms, as well as a national and an international law firm, and is licensed to practice in California.
